You review the statement
Your monthly statement lists each lead so you can check it against your records.
You pay for delivered leads
We bill after the period ends. Zero or one lead means no invoice.
What counts as a lead
A lead is an inquiry, whether or not it becomes a job.
Counts as a lead
- A genuine website form inquiry
- An answered call to your tracking number
- A missed call to your tracking number
- An inquiry via your site from your Google listing
Does not count
- Screened robocalls
- Wrong numbers, sales calls, and test calls
- Answered calls under 15 seconds
- Repeat contacts from the same person in a billing period
You pay for the inquiry, not a completed job. Closing a sale does not increase your bill.
Pricing questions
What if I get more leads?
Your bill increases in blocks of five. For example, 12 and 15 leads both cost three times your base rate. There is no cap.
What is my base rate?
$99–$399, based on your trade and market. Most trades use $199. We confirm your exact rate before you start.
Can I dispute a lead?
Flag it in your dashboard or reply to your statement. Invalid leads are removed. Your bill changes only if the corrected count moves to a lower pricing block.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No contract, minimum term, or notice period. Your final bill covers leads already delivered.
Is there a free trial?
Try the dashboard free for 30 days, no card required. Add a card to activate paid service. Billing starts after the trial or card setup, whichever is later. No setup fee.
How can I check my bill?
Your statement lists each lead, its date, and the phone number’s last four digits. Compare it with your own records.
